This policy explains what information Crispy Stacks collects through crispystacks.com, our newsletter, our giveaways and our prize claim form, and what we do with it. The short version: we only collect what we need to run giveaways and keep you updated, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Crispy News signups: your email address, and your phone number if you choose to get texts.
• Giveaway entries: the details the giveaway asks for, such as your name, email address and the actions you complete to enter.
• Prize claims: if you win, your name, email address, shipping address and a screenshot of your YouTube profile so we can confirm it's you and send your prize.
• Messages you send us: whatever you include when you email us.
• Basic website data: like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as your browser type and IP address, and our newsletter provider uses cookies to show the signup form and remember whether you've already seen it.

How we use it

We use your information to run giveaways, pick and contact winners, ship prizes, send Crispy News and other updates you signed up for, answer your messages, and keep the site working.

Services we use

We use trusted services to do this: Gleam for giveaways, Omnisend for the newsletter and texts, Google Forms for prize claims, and Vercel to host this site. They handle your information under their own privacy policies, and only to provide their service to us. We also share a winner's name and address with a shipping carrier to deliver a prize. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

Winners

We may announce a winner's first name or YouTube username on our channel, livestreams or social media. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us when you claim your prize.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
• Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing chris@crispystacks.com.

How long we keep it

We keep newsletter details until you unsubscribe, and prize claim details only as long as we need them to deliver your prize and keep basic giveaway records.

Kids

Crispy Stacks is for collectors of all ages, but we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent and think your child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

Our site links to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Gleam and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date above.
